The Garrett House in McCook, NE, is available to rent on a short term basis. This beautiful turn of the century Greek Revival home features 7 bedrooms with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 6 Twin beds, 3 futons, and 3 bath locations. The home is available for rent to host weekend getaways, reunions, showers, intimate parties, etc. The home features a Gourmet Kitchen with professional grade gas cooktop, dining area that can comfortably sit 14, and a two story front porch to enjoy the outdoors. This historic home is centrally located in the city with a short walk to parks, downtown, and the community college.
Our base fee includes 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are extra per person per night. We do require all overnight guests to be registered. If it's discovered the booking party had unregistered overnight guests, the booking party agrees to pay the additional fees associated with the unregistered guests upon request of the host.

This house is full of wonderful surprises to explore! Between secret hideouts, chess games, and interesting books our kids, as well as us, were constantly discovering new things and uncovering old stories.

Wonderful place to have all our family together. Loved how they decorated for the season and even included Easter egg buckets. Well-stocked kitchen and ample parking. Beautiful home with homey touches.

Fully stocked kitchen, large seating areas with plenty of chairs. I particularly liked the pump shampoo, etc in the shower. More than enough towels, hand towels, wash rags for use. The parking was super convenient. And a very neat historic house. Thank you.
