The Space: Large & Spacious 1bed/1bath upstairs apartment with full kitchen, dishwasher, breakfast bar, queen size bed, sofa bed, loveseat and complete turnkey for your stay. Open concept between the family room, kitchen, desk & dining room table. We are located directly across the street from the Lighthouse Outlet Mall. This apartment has never had pets. No pets allowed. There is a large porch to read or have coffee. To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! UNIT PERKS: --This house also has a sofa bed in the family room that accommodates up to 4 guests. --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided. --A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Each bedroom has a dresser storage and the master bedroom has hangers for clothing storage. There is also an iron and ironing board. --Small beach toys for kids and and beach towels are provided for each guest. --A few board games are available for your use upstairs in the kid zone areas --A fire pit/chairs are available in the backyard for your use. Guests can bring their own firewood. --Guests can park up to three cars in the area behind the house. Free public street parking is also in front of the house. TECHNOLOGY: --A large, flat screen smart TV is hooked up in your living area & master bedroom, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;) --High Speed Wifi is provided. --A washer/dryer is available for your use in the home. ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --A maximum of eight guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. --We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. To keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules.
