About this house rental

Located in Salt Lake City, this lovely house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly remodeled with all the luxuries and special touches travelers need and love. This property has 7 beds in 3 rooms for 11 people. This home is outfitted for travelers looking for a great neighborhood, and access to hiking and outdoor activities. Great sleeping arrangements, memory foam mattress with blackout shades. Easy access to freeways to explore SLC, downtown, skiing, hiking, and more. It's a newly renovated and immaculately-maintained home — with all the charm from 1961 with top-of-the-line updates—sits high above the Salt Lake Valley along the East Bench in the Arcadia Heights neighborhood, just East of Foothill Dr., north of Parley's Canyon (to Park City) and within walking distance to the infamous "H Rock" landmark. This place has all the luxuries and special touches travelers need and love. It's a garden-level residence with an abundance of windows bringing in lots of natural light. It's located at the base of Wasatch Mountain and is truly something extraordinary. Experience it now! The revamped open kitchen and adjoining dining/living space sports a nice, open space with a nice flow and cool floors, allowing for easy-breezy hosting duties. Year-round — we think you’ll appreciate how the amazing sunsets. In the winter months — the layout and design allow for easy unloading and storage of all your ski and snowboard gear. We think you'll appreciate how simply you will be able to come and go. It's only 25 minutes to PARK CITY: And all those peaks, lifts, and fluffy-white flurries. This property is truly a place where you can come and unwind while enjoying the mountains for hiking, skiing and work if you must - lol. Our favorite is a built-in floating desk within the main suite. The centerpiece of this well-appointed living space is perhaps the dining and living area, which includes a gas fireplace (for those chilly nights). You can nestle up for warmth with a glass of wine, tea, or whatever you choose. The dining table is simply amazing and able to accommodate all-sized dinner parties, up to 12 people comfortably. https://www.youtube.com/c/TransformerTable. My personal favorite feature of this newly remodeled home is the primary bedroom. It's a room fit for any use, with the main feature being two queen beds (sleeps 4) and an adjoining ensuite that has a double shower and 16 horizontal spray nozzles to enjoy a massaging shower, including a folding bench fit for any use. Be sure to check out our coffee, tea, and wine bar, accompanied by a vinyl record collection (mostly 80's music, with a splash of Studio 54 vibes) and record player to create a fun vibe, and maybe perfect your DJ skills. Of course, we have current technology too, with a Sonos Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your personal music and playlists. The primary bathroom includes a floating warm-water bidet toilet that is floating on the wall. It shares the space with a floating double vanity and plenty of room to get ready for the day's adventure. Back to the multi-functional primary bedroom, it has an in-office desk with a large Apple monitor (includes fast 2Gbps Google Fiber WiFi), a closet with a hanger rack and pant rack, a toybox, shelves, and fun pops of wood cubby-holes for your money, keys, passport, and daily essentials. The surprise of this bedroom is that you can fold up both queen beds (that include a luxury memory foam mattress) into the wall and turn the space into a yoga / dance studio, game room (yes we have a poker table too) or anything that you can imagine. The other two bedrooms can accommodate 7 more people (8 if they are kids). The home comfortably sleeps 11 adults, in three bedrooms. The second bathroom has a classic black & white vibe, with a matte black floor & double vanity. The mirrors are motion censored and have three types of light settings, to perfect your makeup for all occasions. If you want to soak in the tub after a long day of skiing or to pamper yourself while on vacation, this bathroom will not disappoint because of the deep Duravit soaking tub. But if showering is more your style it has that too! This bathroom also has a set of new front-loading washers and dryers. The kitchen has everything you might need to enjoy home cooking away from home. The All-Clad pots and pans are amazing. It's an electric gas stove and oven. I prefer a gas stove but I'm the minority (so I'm told). Oh yes, and if you're washing vegetables or dishes at the kitchen sink, it'll be a highlight, featuring amazing and sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley, facing west for those beautiful and stunning sunsets, expected nighly. After the World Health Organization named the COVID-19 virus a global pandemic, keeping our customers and guests safe and preventing the spread of the virus is more important than ever. We have also doubled down on our thorough cleaning program to ensure your safety. This includes using UV-C Sanitizing Technology throughout the space so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. This place was amazing. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. We all could enjoy the TV whether we were in the living room or seated at the dining table. A big plus was the transformer table that could expand to seat all of us and our local friends that stopped by for dinner. It’s really cool how the extra table leaves are stored in the coffee table. All of the beds were very comfortable. A lovely surprise was witnessing a fabulous sunset right from the living room. Many of us were so captivated that we went onto the front lawn and captured some amazing photos. I would highly recommend this place.
