Nestled in Lake Michigan Beach, this attractive condo for $728 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to our recently updated spacious west coast Michigan retreat. Golf Cart rental now also available April through October. Take a short walk down a paved walkway to a PRIVATE sandy lake Michigan beach area, or spend a day exploring neighboring tourist spots in St. Joseph/South Haven only a short drive away. Our lovely 2100 square feet condo unit located on the second floor of a multi-unit lodge building that's surrounded by a peaceful wooded area. To get inside, you'll go up a few steps to our private entrance on the North side of the building that leads to a porch. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking your favorite meals, as well as a cozy dining nook where you can enjoy them. The condo rental comes with a designated parking spot that is conveniently located right across from the entry stairs. Additional unassigned parking available on the south side of the building. No parking of any personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are permitted on the property. The living and dining areas are spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. There are also four comfortable sleeping spaces that include two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed that's perfect for kids. We have two bathrooms with all the essentials, including towels and linens. We want you to feel right at home, so we provide all the necessary amenities, including internet, heating, and air conditioning. You'll also find a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker in the kitchen. There are two big screen TVs set up for you to log in to your streaming channels via Xfinity FLEX (sorry, no cable). Your safety is our top priority, which is why we have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a fenced outdoor pool. To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful experience, we ask that guests be at least 25 years old and respect quiet time between 11 pm and 8:30 am. Please note that this is our second home, and our family has significant allergies, so SMOKING and PETS are NOT allowed inside the condo at any time. During your stay, you'll have access to the entire condo space. However, please note that a few cabinets will be locked as they contain our personal items. Our property is located in the countryside of West Michigan and is conveniently situated near many local attractions. Here are some of the fun things you can do in the area: - Visit Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches and enjoy the sunshine, swimming, and building sandcastles with your loved ones. - Experience a fun-filled day at Jollay U-Pick Fruit Orchards where you can pick your own fruit, go on hayrides, and navigate corn mazes. - Play a round of golf at Harbor Shores, home of the 2020 PGA Senior Championship. - Explore unique shops and restaurants in South Haven or St. Joseph. Attend one of the many festivals in the area, such as the Blueberry Festival, Apple Festival, or Wine Festival. - Visit Holland's charming downtown shops, restaurants, and tulip gardens. - Take your kids to fun activities in St. Joseph and South Haven, such as the Curious Kids' Museum, Silver Beach Carousel, South Haven Lighthouse, St. Joseph Public Library's children's area, Michigan Maritime Museum, Kids' Corner playground, or the Kal-Haven Trail for biking or hiking. - Enjoy winter sports at nearby ski resorts, or explore the world of flight at the Air Zoo, an aerospace and science museum featuring interactive exhibits and rides. The place was awesome! It was super clean and way bigger than the pictures made it seem. It had a lot of kitchen supplies in the kitchen and everything was nicely labeled. The pool was great and perfect temperature. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and the beach area was super nice and secluded! Not overcrowded at all. Water was clean. The location of the vrbo was also close to a lot of things in the area (i.e., a lot of places to go that were 10 minute or less). Owner was very responsive and helpful before/during our stay. I would definitely recommend to friends/family and even go back again myself! 10/10!!

Our family had such a wonderful time. The Condo is so pretty. The owner is so accommodating. We also enjoyed the private beach. It is a little difficult to get to without golf cart. Hopefully there will be one to use next year. We love this place and plan to be back next year

The place was very nice for what we needed, nice pool, the walk down to the beach is very difficult. Beach was beautiful - especially the sun sets.

Two of the bedrooms had views of the lake! We appreciated the snack bowl, k cups, and household needs available to us. Great idea to label drawers and doors to easily find what we needed. Great communication before, during and after our visit. Check in was as easy as can be. Sameena was very accessible if we needed anything. Our family of 9 plus baby enjoyed the pool right out in the backyard, as well as drives to South Haven and St. Joseph. We love DeGrandchamp blueberries and enjoyed picking our own. Thanks for a precious family weekend in a lovely home on beautiful Lake Michigan!

Best VRBO experience. My family of 8 (6 adults + 2kids) had the best time here! Property exactly as expected, very clean, beautiful location and the host Sameena was so great! Had a minor Wi-Fi issue that she resolved in record time, her communication was awesome. Hopefully we can visit again!

Wonderful pool and location. Lots of space in the condo. Floors could have been cleaner but we wore house shoes which helped. Lack of laundry in unit made for a challenge but was not a big deal. The hill to get to beach was scary steep and other units had golf carts which would be a great option! But hey we got out workouts in treading back up the hill! Loved the private beach, and again-the pool was great!
