Not a good choice...

Nothing.....

Hotel hadn't got us booked in... Dirty, smelly, bedding etc. had seen better days... After 3rd day asked for bedding and towels to be changed.... Swimming pool empty which looked in need of repair...

Spacious 2 story townhouse with a bit of a sea view in the distance. Privacy, complex was completely empty, no neighbours.

Air-Conditioning not working, starts working after about 20 minutes of being on and even at 30 degrees was blowing barely warm air. Windows in the bathroom is broken and lets loads of cold air through. Badly maintained. Cleanliness standards very low. Mattress uncomfortable. Towels and bed linen grey and have wholes and frayed edges, very unpleasant. Sheet instead of a duvet cover, that's just unhygienic. Was supposed to be a romantic weekend gateway but were really disappointed and freezing cold.

Exceptional

The manager was very welcoming, the apartment was really big and spacious, the views from the balcony was amazing, very quiet of a night so easy to relax and sleep, just an brilliant apartment, area and general all round great experience

We checked out after 5 minutes

Nothing! Absolutely disappointing!

The room was a huge disappointment! Everything was very very dirty, the room itself, the towels, the bed! the door wasn’t locking even closing properly! They canceled my initial reservation and last minute they rebooked me to Panareti hotel from which we checked out in 5 minutes! The room was smelling very bad!!!

Short week away with family. We enjoyed our time but would like to see investment in the complex.

We have stayed here before so know what to expect. We like the pool and the town house we stay in.

The general disrepair of the complex is very sad to see. It has deteriorated over the last few years. We have stayed many time but are not sure about staying again unless there is significant investment. Many of the properities are for sale, it is a shame as this may mean that the complex will continue to be neglected.

Very poor quality and customer service of booking com was non existent

It was dirty, staff were unhelpful, we did not get what we paid for, had to get moved after one day due to poor cleanliness of the property. Staff and biking .com were less than helpful when we were told that our only options were to pay an extra 25 euros per person per night for a sister property, accept the alternative apartment which was not what we paid for or cancel our booking and be out on the streets. Complex was tired and lacked any form of outdoor lighting making it hazardous to walk around after dark. We were also asked to pay in cash which I have never heard off before when booking through booking.com

Wouldn’t stay again, unfortunately!

The view was stunning!

The apartment was not clean, the towels smelt disgusting, we had to buy two new towels and some washing capsules on the first day by the time we left the towels were starting to look somewhere near white! the patios doors didn’t close properly so could not be locked on both the ground floor and the upper level. There no kettle or glasses, found two mugs that where in need of dishwashing! the curtains were see through and the black out blinds where in shreds, so it was difficult to sleep past 4am. The beds linen was a pale shade of grey definitely not white and had seen better days. it whole apartment was in need of an update and very good deep clean. we had a power cut on the last morning and we’re told that they had called the engineers who were on their way to fix it, it felt as if the bill hadn’t been paid and the accommodation had been switched off, trickle of a shower, no air con!

When we arrived we were told the apartment was not available, so we were sent to another set of apartments, clearly over booked. The alternative was extremely poor and after many phone calls we were the sent back to the original apartments. Noting we have stay at Club coral before. Reception is never manned, the properties are falling into disrepair We will not be going back

Pleasant

The view and the location where excellent.

The premises were very run down and need a lot of maintenance. There were no lights leading into the building at night, dangerous and frightening. Most importantly, there was no fire prevention facilities in the apartment.

Could not heat the room and water at same time. Blow off the fuses Last day we where told not to heat the water at all. So its not what u expecting on your holidays

Fella who greated us was friendly. Nice little village about 10 min walk . Rooms are very spacious with washing machine , iron

Location is hilly and far out, not suitable for people with mobility issues. The complex is so run down, plaster hanging off everywhere . Broken outdoor furniture on balcony. Floor 2 and the rooms smelt of damp . Bed was hard, mismatch of cutlery and pottery ect . Parshelly clean . Most of light bulbs were missing in room and parking areas making it dark . Pool area looked so uninvited and tiles off everywhere. Nothing like the photos advertised

An employee overall behaved nicely and the view is great outside of the resort :)

None got in touch with us and ignored messages we sent before checking in. The room was dirty, with being in use towel and a knife, also there were bread crumps on the chair. We arrived in the evening and it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that there is no water in our apartment. We had to recall an employee to remind that there is still no water in our apartment in the morning the next day. We had to take a shower in other apartment before it was fixed. But common, we have booked a room a month before, plenty of time to check everything and clean the room, terrible experience!

the walk to the beach is approximately one hour

This place should not be open.

The apartment itself was spacious but not clean.

Cracked bathroom window. No hot water. Dilapidated buildings. Dirty communal areas. Broken tv and dvd. Clean towels and room clean only every 4 days. Unsafe stairwells - crumbling walls causing mess on floors on stairs etc, slip hazards

Reasonable value for money

Good sized apartment, clean and quiet.

The tiles on the floor were broken and moved as you walked over them. There was no kettle so had to heat cup of water in microwave. No working light in bathroom, so had to bathe in the dark.

Very nice apartment with the biggest possible terrace.Great view and very peaceful place.
