The pictures certainly do not do this villa justice. As soon as you enter and start exploring, you realise how spacious and well equipped this villa is- and when you get down to the pool level, WOW, what an entertaining space! It far exceeded what we were expecting and would not hesitate to re-book.
We had a car so for us the location was fantastic, close enough to all amenities (lots of car parks) but in a nice, safe feeling neighbourhood. Even without a car though, Paphos looks to have an excellent public transport service.
Paphos itself is lovely, so the Villa ticked all the boxes for us.
It is not necessarily something we did not like but the parking space at the Villa is located in such a way that with the Nissan X Trail we had, we did need to do some experimentation with how we got in it. However, we worked it out and it was not a problem.

We had a lovely stay here at Villa Olivia, enjoying the pool and great views from all balconys. The villa was clean, Ian and Olivia were incredibly helpful and we appreciated the supplies of milk, bread and other bits when we arrived. It was handy having a supermarket and bakery within walking distance as well as a few restaurants.
I Would highly recommend this Villa, very spacious and great value for money, will hopefully return in the future.

We loved our stay at Villa Olivia and would certainly stay again. The villa is set in a lovely area which is close to a couple of bars/restaurants, a well stocked shop and pharmacy. It is however quiet as we wanted and peaceful with exceptional views of the surrounding areas. It was also only a 5 minute drive to the more bustling coral bay which has plenty of parking. The bedrooms are large and the beds were super comfortable and all led out onto balconies. The bathrooms were a good size and well equipped as was the kitchen. The air con was a god send as well as the pool area which my sons loved. The pool was surprisingly big and the downstairs area had a fully equipped kitchen, tv and sitting area which my sons loved as they are not massive sun lovers. I would recommend a car as the property is up in the hills as expected in Cyprus, I wouldn’t rent too large a car as access to the villa is fairly steep/narrow but wasn’t a problem for us at all as it made for breathtaking views and parking was fine. Ian and Olivia were very accommodating, I mentioned in passing about being bitten by mosquitoes and Olivia returned 5 minutes later with plug ins which reduced the bites greatly! They also had a bottle of wine, fruit, juice, bread and water in the fridge when we arrived late at night which was a god send and a nice touch.
Nothing- when you consider the cost, the location, the size what was there not to love?
