We had a wonderful stay at the Tanner Building in Bay City! The building has so much charm and character, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy our time away. We loved the atmosphere and the overall experience, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bay City. We would absolutely love to come back again! ❤️
Zero complaints! Great stay!

Location, value, parking, easy to check-in and checkout, many restaurants and shops within walking distance and it felt secure. Loved the old building from 1860’s is being actively used!
The property (unit we stayed in) is at a point where replacing the mattress is needed due to overuse (sunken middle) has little support.
A little mold in the cracks of the shower, plus some dust and cobwebs evident on the ceiling lamp needs attention.

The location was probably the only thing I liked
There were dirty dishes in the dish washer it was gross. I clean vacation rentals for a living so I know it's hard work, but I would never leave a room or house the way this one looked!
