Awesome location, right on the beach. Love the north side of OC, it's quiet. You just have to drive everywhere. The hotel / facility was good. Nice amenities and staff is very friendly and helpful.
The unit itself was extremely outdated and every piece of furniture was very uncomfortable. We were 4 people (2 pre-teens and 2 adults) and I can't imagine any more people there. It was a good amount of space for us but even a little tight for 4 people. Couches and the 1 bed inside the double bed room horrible and need to be replaced. Need an entry mat by the front door and patio slider to prevent sand and dirt from getting inside the apartment so much. Wide open drains in the sinks and tub. Floor was not swept for our arrival. Just overall little things could be done to improve the comfort. I would stay at Sea Watch again but I would not stay in this unit again. It's also ridiculous to have to pay for parking when you're spending over $400/night.
