The location was excellent, very central and well located to all the Copenhagen sights. The apartment had an old world charm and quirkiness thanks to it being in one of Copenhagen's very old buildings. The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry. Beds were comfy.
It was noisy at times. Unfortunately there were some major works going on in the road on our first day and a construction truck made a lot of noise until after 8pm - however this was not the fault of Cozy.
There was however night time noise in the complex: The restaurant that overlooks the central courtyard threw bottles and rubbish into the bins (located directly outside the bedroom window) close to midnight. There's a very noisy air-conditioning unit in the courtyard that runs continuously.
On two nights, at 0200 revellers returned home to the apartment above and stomped around and talked loudly until almost 0400 - keeping us awake, which is contrary to the clear house rules of no noise after 2100 (the apartment above is also managed by Nest).

Wonderful location! Comfortable bed. Very charming!
Be aware the shower is not enclosed so entire bathroom floor wet. The TV did not have any live TV and App options are limited. The sofa does not fit 2 people. My daughter slept on the padded bench which sufficed but not ideal. It’s on ground floor. Quiet in bedroom but not consistently in living room.

The property is in a very good location and was clean
A few reviews mention this it seems which I hadn’t seen but there is an awful smell in the apartment from the bathroom of sewage. The host did call me after we left because I complained and had refunded me a % which was good of them. I believe it’s a drain issue which she said they had fixed after we left.
I would note that if you have young children this probably isn’t the best as the loft roof has gaps in the floor which they could fall down or indeed very old people otherwise if would be a great place to stay.
I would of expected coffee or something but they didn’t seem to supply anything like that but that was minor
