La ubicación (en el centro de Cph), el apartamento (decoración, limpieza, confort). La disponibilidad del anfitrión para resolver cualquier duda al instante. El apartamento disponía de todos los servicios necesario para una estancia perfecta (vajilla, electrodomésticos...).
Hay dos aspectos a tener en cuenta pero yo ya conocía de antemano. Para acceder al apartamento hay que subir unas escaleras que solo son un problemas si existen problemas de movilidad ya que hay que cargar las maletas y subirlas por una escalera de caracol.
Una de las noches había bastante ruido ya que en la terraza interior se encuentra un bar que en ocasiones puede resultar molesto (solo una noche de toda la estancia). Si eres delicado para conciliar el sueño recomiendo tapones para los oídos.

Die Lage war erstklassig ebenso wie die Ausstattung. Boxspring-Bett und Matratze war prima.
Direkt am Puls des Geschehens - Parkplatz im Illum Parkhaus vorreserviert hat super geklappt und ganz nahe der Wohnung fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Location. Amole and confortable. Great living and good bedrooms.
Hot water was hit and miss for 5 people. The bathroom sink also had some problems (not proper drainage). No detergent, kitchen essentials like some oil.

Frábær staðsetning í miðbæ og rúmgóð íbúð. Frekar mikið ónæði frá veitingahúsi og bar sem er á næstu hæð fyrir neðan.
Við vorum 3 hjón/6 fullorðinn leigðum íbúðina miðað við það. Það voru rúmföt fyrir alla en bara hjónarúm í herbergjum, enginn svefnsófi í stofu. Þurftum að sofa í sófasettinu.
Þessi íbúð er bara fyrir 4 fullorðna og ungbarnarúm.
Ruslabíllinn mætti alla morgna snemma til að tæma flöskur og rusl
