Sehr großes, neues und sauberes Apartment am Rande der Porto Innenstadt (ca. 20 min zu Fuß). Wir haben hier 8 Nächte übernachtet und von dort aus gearbeitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr nett. Das Internet war sehr gut und stabil. Das Bad sehr schön und sauber mit großer Dusche. Auch eine große Küche, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen etc., wodurch man gut kochen konnte. Auch das Bett war gemütlich und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Worüber man sich bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Apartment sehr hellhörig ist. Die Fenster zur Straßenseite halten tagsüber leider die vielen Baustellen in der Nähe und den nächtlichen Lärm nicht ab. Man hört fast jedes Auto und auch Gerede von der Straße. Dadurch hatten wir leider nur einen leichten Schlaf.
Insgesamt könnte man das Apartment noch wohnlicher und gemütlicher machen. Beispielsweise indirektes Licht / kleine Lampen im Wohnzimmer (sonst nur kaltweißes Licht), Kissen auf den Essstühlen. Auch die Terrasse lässt sich eigentlich nicht schön nutzen, da die Stühle dreckig und ungemütlich waren. Ein paar kleine Dinge würden es definitiv aufwerten.
Die Lage ist gut gelegen, aber direkt in der Straße ist eine Suchtstation und dadurch sind mehrere verwahrloste Menschen unterwegs.

We liked everything
The noises coming from the staircase door in front of the apartment, the noise coming from the street and the patio is shared with stairs which go to another apartments and people pass by so no privacy and noise. The patio is also shared with a place for laundry so cleaning staff pass by and you can hear the washing machine and drier. There was also a building under construction next door so works started at 8:00 am.
