Location is great (although in a pricy area of Milan I think), and despite being in a very lively street, the flat itself is quiet enough. I had a bit of a hard time unlocking the front door (it is done on the phone), but was able to solve it very quickly by calling the hosts, who were very helpful. The flat itself is quite small, but functional. For two people it is well sufficient. Air conditioner was very efficient and easy to set.
Kitchen could be a bit better equipped with small bits: there was no tea towel, no dish rack (although the space was quite tight anyway) and no spatula to work with the frying pan. Despite this we were able to cook breakfast every day, so it's not a major issue. Also, even though the app started working fine after the first mishap, I personally prefer having a physical key to open the doors. But I understand this may be more convenient to the hosts.

My husband and I really liked the location and the apartment's courtyard. The location is great—we could easily hang out in the neighborhood, and everything is within walking distance. We loved how quiet the apartment was; you couldn't hear the street noise at all. The mini-fridge was cool, and the large mirror in the hallway was very convenient. Another great bonus was the large number of towels. Since it's summer and hot, we took showers very often. We really liked the self check-in option. There's no need for a physical key because there's an electronic key that opens everything via a link. It's super convenient if you're traveling with a large group and don't have enough keys—everyone can come and go as they please.
However, we didn't like the noisy air conditioner and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows. It was hard to sleep at night without a mosquito repellent plug-in, as a huge number of mosquitoes flew in. But I guess this is just a common issue with Italian apartments not having mosquito nets. The bathroom is very small and gets quite stuffy; it's impossible to be in there with the door closed. So, if you are traveling as two families, taking a shower might be a bit tricky. Unfortunately, the pillows were very uncomfortable and gave us neck pain the next day. It would probably be a good idea to replace them with something more orthopedic.

Everything in the apartment was great and the location was perfect. A lot of nice palaces to eat and drink around.
I requested the self check in and you could open the apartment only with phone, so you had to make sure to have it charged all day.
