One Bedroom Condo with a full bath located in Eden, Utah. This condo is conviently located near Snow basin and Powder Mountain Resorts. Perfect for winter skiing and summer mountain biking and hiking.
The condo comes with access to a hot tub year round, pool in the summer, and on site laundromat.

This condo is small, but perfect size for 1-2 people. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The unit is nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked. Great areas to walk and enjoy the beautiful views! I enjoyed my stay.

We used minimal amenities as we spent most of our time out of the condo. But it was a nice stay with a comfortable bed and a nice clean little place. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. The couch was not as comfortable as I would hope and the bathmats were a bit hard on the feet. other than those two things We have no complaints. Our host was super accommodating and helpful and nice. However Vrbo was absolutely terrible the completely dropped the ball. No information with the check in we had our reservation canceled as we were trying to check in, against our wishes and repeatedly telling the customer service in India that we did not want to cancel. We were saved by our host. Not sure I will use Vrbo again.

Clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Hot tub was great. Internet was really frustrating but given we were in the mountains, there's not much that can be done about it.

Landlord was nice to let us arrive a day early! Thank you for accommodating that!
Small but useful for 2 ppl; wouldn’t recommend renting for 4 adults with the pullout couch being rather small
Bed is very comfortable- plenty of bed supplies, sheets extra pillows blankets!
Loads of towels in bathroom, also shampoo, conditioner and soap!
Well stocked kitchen, pots pans, glasses, dishes
We also had coffee/ pods/ ground/ filter
Spices, popcorn, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar
However, the microwave had food splatter left inside
Place has a community gym, hot tub, pool, outside sitting areas
Outside back porch could use a table and chairs,
Patio door lock is rather difficult to open, and the track doesn’t slide well, needs either cleaning or replacing.
Front screen door lock doesn’t work; you can still open it when the lock is engaged.
Unfortunately I have to say we would not rent this again foremost because it is not for one who seeks peace and quiet; unclear if the upstairs neighbors live there but one can hear everything they do (female adult, 10ish year old boy and a baby); from taking a shower, simply walking and talking, running the vacuum, to the baby crying.
The day after we arrived, we heard voices from 4am onwards; later the vacuum ran for about 2 hours and probably furniture was moved around during that time, it was rather bothersome.
Most mornings the noise started around 4am.
