Situated in Santa Maria Navarrese, this attractive house for $194 per night is a great choice for your next break. In the main square of the old olive trees, 100 meters from the central beach is our home, in a complex style old town. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom a large living room with sofas and a spacious kitchen furnished in ethnic style Afro-Sardinian, but what wins is the veranda of 130 square meters with barbecue oven and wrought iron arbor, from which you can admire the park of olive trees and a view of the sea. The optimal position allows you to be able to move only on foot, as super market, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurants, bars, tennis court, newspaper stand and a marina are located within a few hundred meters.

Traumhafte Wohnung nah am Strand
Unsere Hunde sind klein und konnten durch die Pforte entwischen, auf unserem Wunsch hin wurde sofort ein Zaun davor gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür! Aber aufpassen kleine Hunde können trotzdem durch die Hecke entwischen.
Traumhafter Garten !!
Empfehlenswert ist auch die Aussendusche und der Grillkamin haben wir beides intensiv genutzt.
Schön wäre es wenn bei der Dusche, an der Pforte noch ein Blickschutz zum Sportplatz wäre.
Leider gab es keine deutschen TV Sender und das Fenster vom Elternschlafzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da dort die Mülltonnen des Nachbarn standen, unbedingt deutsche Adapter für Steckdosen mitnehmen.
Hausnummer stimmt nicht, statt 1 steht dort die 2
Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Details
De ruimte van het huis, de buitenruimte om twee kanten van het huis, en de plek voor een sportveld zijn uitstekend.
Host Milena doet het geweldig. Zij krijgt een tien.
Wat niet goed was waren veel details. Ik vond het slordig en gemakzuchtig. Er is ook lang niet naar de details gekeken.
Het was zoek het maar uit qua info. Er stonden alleen bedragen in die je moest betalen als je de koelkast vol achterliet enzo.
Wij waren met de bus gekomen 4 uur lang. We wisten niks. Melena zei dat de supermarkten open waren op zondag. Dat was niet zo. We konden geen toeristeninfo vinden in het dorp. Toen wees ze ons op een houten huisje: dat was dicht. We waren er natuurlijk buiten het seizoen.
De douche kon je amper in staan en wij zijn dun. Bukken kon al helemaal niet als je zeep viel. Met het water uit de boiler kon je nog niet een keer douchen laat staan je haren wassen. Ik heb maar een bakje gekocht dat ik aan het kapotte plastic ding van waarschijnlijk doucheschuim kon hangen. Zodoende kon ik tenminste nog mijn washandjes zeep e.d. daarin leggen.
We wisten niet waar de meterkast was. Gelukkig viel er een soort schilderij vanaf en hadden we dat gevonden.
De stoelen aan de hoge tafel binnen: ik heb een moord bekend. Die zaten vreselijk. De stoelen aan de hoge tafel buiten: idem dito en daar zit je tegen het ijzer van de tafel.
Er waren geen kussens voor de 2 plastic ligstoelen.
De bak voor het glasafval had een kapotte deksel waardoor die hele bak vol water liep. Die hebben we ergens anders neergezet.
Een haakje aan de wand van de keuken was kapot: haal het dan weg. Er was geen haakje links van de keuken om een handdoek op te hangen.
Het gasfornuis zet er een kwartslag gedraaid in. Heel lastig met aan en uit doen. Een pit kregen we bijna nooit aan. Er waren 3 joekels van pannen die niet eens op dat kleine gasfornuis pasten. Met moeite kregen we een klein potje waar we water in konden verwarmen en vond ik nog een klein pannetje ergens onderin. Er was niks om mee te roeren. Dat heeft Melanie nog gebracht. Knoflookpers en nog zowat: hoorde er allemaal niet bij.
Er was een matras met metalen veren die in je lijf prikten. Het andere lag ook niet lekker. We hebben ze op elkaar gelegd.
Het raam links van de keuken lekt.
Er zijn daar veel muggen en andere steekbeestjes. Zet alle anti middelen op een plek. Wij hadden al dingen gekocht maar er bleek van alles in huis te zijn.

Een prima huis op een prima locatie. Als in de buurt, eten, drinken, supermarkt en het strand. Een grotere supermarkt is ook te vinden maar dan moet je een stukje rijden naar Tortoli.

Tolle Terasse
Wir haben vor allem die Terrasse genossen, sie ist einfach schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut und es fehlt auch nicht an Sitzgelegenheiten.
Der recht beschauliche Ort und der kurze Weg zum Meer aber auch die Nähe zu den Bergen, kamen uns sehr entgegen.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Tolle Lage, 2 min zum nächsten und sehr schönen Strand. In St. Maria ist nicht viel los. Perfekt für Ruhe und Erholung. Super Ausgangspkt für Ausflüge und Bootstouren.
Minus: die Polster auf der Terrasse haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Nachbarn, nette Rentner, haben gern Gäste und dann wird es spät und richtig laut. Da waren selbst die Ohrstöpsel Überfordert.

OTTIMA CASA PER LE VACANZE
La casa è dotata di tutti i confort ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, wifi, tv, aria condizionata, biancheria cucina bagno e letto, attrezzatura per la spiaggia e ......) , pulita e a circa 150 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia, tra tutte le case vacanze è senza dubbio la migliore in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft
Wir verlebten in der Ferienwohnung eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Check-In und der Kontakt vorher war problemlos, da Milena sehr gut deutsch spricht. Sie erklärte uns alles sehr ausführlich und zur freundlichen Begrüßung gab es sardische Pasta und Wein. :-) Durch die traumhafte Terrasse, die geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und den superkurzen Weg zum Strand (max. 3 min) fühlten wir uns von Anfang an wohl.
Santa Maria Navarrese ist lebendiger, aber nicht zu überlaufener Ort und war für uns Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge und tolle Wanderungen.
Milena buchte für uns über die Agentur einen fantastischen Bootsausflug mit Mittagessen entlang der Küste zu den schönsten Stränden und zur Grotta del Fico. Dafür noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir können den Aufenthalt im Ferienobjekt "The big Johannisbrot" und die Betreuung durch Milena und ihre Agentur nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wundervolles Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus 10 sehr schöne Urlaubstage mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden verbracht. Die Lage ist klasse, direkt an einem schönen Park gelegen. Das Meer mit schönen kleinen Kiesstrand kann man vom Haus aus sehen und ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Besonders schön ist die riesige eingezäunte Terrasse, gut möbliert mit herrlich blühenden Büschen und Pflanzen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und man findet alles, was man braucht. Patrizia, die sehr nette Vermieterin, hat uns mit einem liebevollen Willkommenskorb mit Wein, Wasser, Gebäck, Käse, Obst, einem Buch über die schöne Gegend und sogar einer Schachtel Hundekekse empfangen. Vielen Dank, liebe Patrizia, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir wünschen Dir alles Gute!

Wunderbares Haus in wunderbarem Ort auf der wunderbaren Insel
Schon vor dem Aufenthalt hatte ich eine offene Kommunikation mit Patrizia. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Check in war problemlos und ebenso Check out, ohne Druck. Aber die echte Überraschung erfolgt nach dem wir das wunderbares Haus gesen haben. Tolle Lage, Garten mit mit bezauberndem Geruch von Mediteran. Das Haus in Afrikanischem Still machte die Atmosphere noch entspannter. Auf dem Tisch wartete auf uns Obst, Wein und Süßigkeiten aus Sardinien. Wir würden gerne wieder Santamaria Navarese besuchen und genau in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Very nice property in great location.
This is a lovely place, with some very nice outside space and BBQ area. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants with a park and simple play area nearby. Boat trips can be booked at the small port that is in walking distance, and there are some very nice beaches in the area to drive to. Patrizia was very helpful and friendly.I would recommend this property.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen Ort
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind vor allem die große Terrasse und die Nähe zum Strand von Santa Maria Navarrese.
Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, hat einige gute Restaurants und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien reisen würden dort wieder wohnen wollen!

Eher ungepflegt
Die Terasse ist sehr schön, aber nur teilweise gefegt. Die Bezüge der Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terasse sind nicgt sauber.Das Bad ist oberflächlich sauber, aber in den kritischen Bereichen(Lüftung, Duschabtrennung, Fugen) wirklich dreckig. In den Schlafzimmer gibt es neben den grossen Schränken keine Ablagefläche. Absolut genial ist die Lage und die mit duftenden Sträuchern umgebene Terasse. Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt, die Erwartungen, die aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen bei uns bestanden wurden aber bei weitem nicht erfüllt.

Wundervolle Terrasse
Mein Mann, unser 1,5jähriger Sohn und ich wohnten eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig auf einer Ebene, sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Babybett für unseren Sohn wurde uns von Patrizia auch bereitgestellt. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die riesige Terrasse mit wunderschönen Blumen und Bäumen, die sich in bequemen Loungemöbeln oder auf Liegestühlen genießen lässt. Für unseren Sohn war es perfekt, da er auf der Terrasse frei herumlaufen und spielen konnte. Der Kiesstrand ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, man kann das Meer sogar von der Terrasse aus sehen. Ebenfalls in naher Umgebung gibt es einen Gemüse/Obsthändler, einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt und die Kirche und den Hauptplatz des Ortes mit großzügigem schattigem Spielplatz. Für Familien ist es schön ruhig und mit kleinen Kindern ideal. Patrizia ist sehr freundlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Ausgangsort für Wanderungen
Wir waren im Oktober 2017 für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Sie war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Willkommen der Besitzerin war überaus herzlich mit Brot, Wein und einer lokalen Spezialität.
Wir haben von diesem Haus aus viele Wandertouren im Osten der Insel machen können, allerdings ist ein Mietauto dafür notwendig. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Veranda, die zum Relaxen einlädt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie beschrieben, in sehr gutem Zustand und in ausreichender Menge.
Es sind max. 200 Meter zum Meer und im Ort gibt es etliche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen, es ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig und hat uns für 2 Wochen ein gemütliches Zuhause ersetzt.

Perfect holiday house
We spent here one week in june with two small children. Great location with no traffic in front the house, near the sea, shops, restaurants and park. The pictures of the eqiupement are real, the house is in very good estate and very well equiped. We were really very satisfied with our choice!

The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, and it has a beautiful terrace. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Patrizia, who had bought some sweets, fruit and wine for us. From the house it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. A wide variety of restaurants is close by. We spent a wonderful week in Santa Maria Navarrese.

The photos give a very good description of Patrizia ground floor appartment. The distance to the very beautiful beach is no more than 100 metres. The place is well equipped, the beds are more than ok, and large enough. The airconditioning works very well too, which was necessary because of the hot weather. A very good restaurant is only 50 metres away: Nascar. Santa Maria Navarrese is an agreable place to stay: not too crowded with tourists, enough small supermarkets that also open on Sundays, a beautiful beach, nice harbour. One must do the day tour on a boat along the coast: the photos really represent reality. It was a wonderful experience.
