The hotel is really pretty. The site with the gardens, the pool area and the beach are all gorgeous and very well curated. The restaurant is quite good.

Everything! From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were wonderfully friendly. It oozes quiet luxury. The walk to the beach through the tall trees. Shady spots to sunbathe with the quiet breeze. A cocktail at the bar with healthy fresh lunches. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were simple but wonderful.

The facility is amazing. A particular attention to the "pineta" area of the beach, with its beach lounges under the shadow of the pine trees, it was beautiful. The breakfast was of the best I've had for a while. We didn't get to try the restaurant as we were also skeptical about the rating. But if the restaurant has the same quality than the breakfast then it should be amazing.
There was an obvious issue about mosquitoes. Our room and the corridor going to it was infested with. The wall of our room was covered with marks of killed mosquitoes which indicate that it's been an ongoing issue. We found out later also that there was an architectural feature next to our room, which consisted of a pool of still water... a paradise for mosquitoes. We notified the staff but there was obviously nothing done and no intention to do anything about it.
