The Space: The home's Boho Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a large tv for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling according glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with an indoor and outdoor feel. Take your pick to enjoy the indoor space or head out to the back patio to enjoy the amenities. The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and has a patio with ocean view, which is equipped with two sun loungers, two seating areas and an outdoor table. There is also BBQ grill for you to use. The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King with en-suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 / Queen Bedroom 3 / Queen Bedroom 4/ Queen Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house. Please note that guests are not allowed to park their car inside the garage. The Neighborhood: The property is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from the famous Getty Villa. The closets beach is a 13 minutes walk away. The house is located on the top of a hill overlooking Malibu and Santa Monica. Getting Around: We do recommend renting a car as there are not many tourist attractions close by. You can easily walk to the Getty Villa as well as the beach. However, the closets grocery store is a 8 minutes drive away. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the patio being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in. We may require a security deposit for some bookings. There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
