This beautiful, brand new condo is located in Madeira Beach, just steps from the beautiful sand and one of the top rated beaches in America. Perfect for multiple couples or families, where you will have space to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, relax on the balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway, walk a short distance to the beach or swim/soak in our pool and hot tub. There are several restaurants and shops in walking distance with Johns Pass close by! We provide beach equipment! Enter through a secure parking garage and go to the 4th floor on one of our elevators. This is a corner unit located at the end of the hall, with views of the intracoastal or a small Gulf view from every room. Once inside, you will find a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a guest bathroom. Next, past the entryway, you'll find the spacious and modern kitchen, dining area and living room. Off the living room you will find the master suite with a king bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is a hall which has a shared guest bath and the two other bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The 2nd king bedroom also provides access to the balcony and the queen room has glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests have access to the entire condo, a pool and hot tub, parking for 2 cars (designated spaces). We also have electric vehicle charging stations. Guests will find public beach access just a couple minute walk from the condo. - Responsible party booking and staying in the condo must be 24 or older
