Appartamento di ottima qualità presso il nuovo quartiere Santa Giulia, che è moderno e sicuro nonostante la vicinanza alla "famigerata" Rogoredo. Sembra proprio di stare in un altro mondo. Ottimo check-in a distanza, la casa è moderna e pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari, con alcune chicche come un terrazzo molto grande e vivibile, oltre all'apertura-chiusura elettrica di finestre e porte finestre. Il wifi funziona perfettamente e la zona è perfetta anche per chi volesse raggiungere in tempi brevi il centro di Milano, raggiungibile in poche fermate di metro (la gialla che transita da Rogoredo FS, distante 5 minuti a piedi). Il parco accanto al palazzo aumenta la piacevolezza del soggiorno, e dal terrazzo è visibile il nuovo Unipol Dome. L'host è stato cortese e reattivo per una richiesta all'arrivo.
L'unico difettuccio - comunque trascurabile - è l'assenza della presa elettrica accanto al lavandino del bagno, il che obbliga a utilizzare l'asciugacapelli in un'altra stanza. Nulla di davvero importante, consiglio serenamente questo appartamento e ci tornerei senza dubbio.

Wonderful apartment! The host was VERY responsive and communicative. He even stayed awake to open the building door for me when I arrived after midnight due to a late bus. The apartment was spacious, well lit, and cozy, and the location was great. It was quiet, and there were restaurants & public transport within walking distance. The porch was also lovely, as it overlooked a little park.
The apartment could use a more thorough cleaning. There was a little bit of mold in the freezer & fridge from condensation. I also noticed quite a bit of dust/cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. Nothing that couldn’t be easily cleaned! :)
