Our family of 10 loved the amount of space. Bedrooms where large most being ensuite was a great set up. Plenty of comfy couches and chairs to relax in a large dining table and well stocked kitchen made all of us very comfortable during our stay. Separate climate controls throughout allowed for different temperatures to please each of us. Our visit was during a extreme heat warning time and the air conditioning kept up and kept us happy to stay inside and comfortable. The large windows overlooking the lake allowed for hours of watching boats, critters and sunset from comfy recliners in the air-conditioning. Washing machine and dryer were in excellent shape and great to have to take care of our lake and pool day laundry. The lake is very busy and the only time during the day that the water wasn't churning was before 7am or after midnight. Our Fishermen fished during these times right from the seawall and dock. Swimming wasn't possible while we where there but only because of the amount of waves caused by the number of boats in the water during this busy season. There is alot of steps outside as is the case with alot of homes on the lake, but they were safety stripped and hand rails made them manageable for those of us that are mobility challenged. Location was perfect, close to the free pool at Magaritaville and other attractions and shopping.
The only thing was the concrete deck became very hot in the afternoon and made it too uncomfortable to sit outside even after the sun went down.

Location and the house overall was very nice.
That the garage wasn’t available when we had bikes.

It was very peaceful and relaxing. It felt very homey and was very clean. It was right on the water and the view was amazing from the deck and inside the home. The house was clean and very welcoming.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact we had to leave.
