Very very Clean, plenty of coffee and other basic stuff, easy communication with the staff, the self check in
The only bad thing I can say about this property, is that u have to take your luggage by steps for the first floor and from the third floor to the forth floor. Other than that everything was perfect

Perfect location in Florence. Comfortable accommodations, had everything we needed and the supporting staff was very responsive before and during our stay. We will come back!
Being downtown can be a little noisy at times, but it's really part of the experience being in old town Florence.

Very good location. I loved the spacious rooms and upgraded kitchen. Host was there to greet us and explained us everything very well. I would highly recommend this place. Bonus - Bus stop is literally at the door of this apartment building.

Central to everything and yet very quiet and restful space. Really loved the staff communication and all the amenities- I was able to do a very impactful 4 day stay and see so much. This is a perfect location for all the major sites and some fantastic local food nearby as well.
I wish I stayed longer
