Ein sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtetes, geräumiges Chalet in eher abgeschiedener Lage mitten in der Natur. Rund ums Haus leben Murmeltiere, Eichhörnchen und Rehe. Wer den Touristentrubel von Zermatt nicht vor der Tür braucht, der ist hier genau richtig.
Es gibt zahlreiche Wanderwege in der Umgebung, die allesamt steil bergauf oder bergab führen. Dafür wird man mit zauberhaften Ausblicken belohnt.
Wer dieses schöne Chalet bucht, dem muss klar sein, dass der Weg dorthin sehr steil und nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu bewältigen ist. Mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Reiseteilnehmern würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen. Die Seilbahn aus Zermatt, die den Weg sehr erleichtert, kostete im August ohne Ermäßigung 15 Franken pro Weg.

Le chalet est merveilleusement situé, il est très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable . Par ailleurs notre hôte à toujours répondu rapidement et efficacement à nos demandes. Et ce n’est pas partout que l’on peut admirer sous ses yeux la vie des biches et des marmottes le matin en prenant son petit déjeuner sur le balcon…
Les hôtes n’y sont pour rien mais la localisation du chalet en pleine nature , sans accès de véhicule ( sauf vélo ) nécessite une bonne organisation de la logistique pour le transport des bagages et des vivres…
Un seul ( petit ) regret: l’heure du Check out entre 8h30 et 9h le jour du départ est un peu matinale pour pouvoir profiter tranquillement d’un dernier petit déjeuner sur le balcon avant d partir..

The chalet is perfectly located right on the slopes, offering true ski-in/ski-out access. The apartments are spacious, very comfortable, and have a cozy atmosphere. The location also gives you the opportunity to enjoy not only winter sports but also great trekking routes. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.
The location is excellent, but it’s important to plan your trip accordingly, especially in winter, as access is only possible on skis with your luggage, and the same applies when leaving. This is not an issue as long as you are aware of it in advance.
