A very pleasant stay. The apartment building is older, and this was a 4 story walk up, for those who care, but it was pleasant, clean, felt safe, and well equipped. During one equipment issue during my stay, the host was very quick to respond and offer remedies. I liked that this is a 20 minute walk to the convention center and all kinds of great downtown places (Alpha Coffee, Eva's Boulangerie, Ivy & Varley, etc.), and you can walk through the beautiful City Creek Center, or even the Mormon grounds, on that walk.

Would have been great if it wasn't for parking not on location. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs - no elevator. This would have been nice to have in description as I have a muscle and heart disorder and was very difficult for me. Also, the air vents and air conditioning vents on both units were incredibly past due to be cleaned and changed, this did not help my allergies at all. Other than that it was nice, spacious and clean.

Decent stay close to Down town. Host was very accessible and kindly allowed me to enter the apartment early. The space itself was clean enough. The carpet in the bedroom appeared to be original circa 1980. Made me wish I had slippers. Curtain rods were bent out of shape or falling off the wall. My main cleanliness problem was with the coffee machine. It's about the only non-negotiable I have with a stay, and the coffee pot was so crusty it was unusable. And last, this apartment is on the FOURTH FLOOR with NO ELEVATOR. Information that I think is extremely important to know coming in. I would have passed on this listing based on that. Host asks that trash be taken out before you leave, but with a 4 flight hike (2.5 going down the back stairs) that was just not possible.
