Getting Around:

We are located near all of the action but just far enough away that allows you to relax and breath in that amazing mountain air!! You can walk to the Downtown area as as the strip is less than 3/4 mile from your front door! Parking is plentiful at our property and best of all its free!



Other Things to Note:

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*Please note that this condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit.

*Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
