Swn y Mor is a fantastic, stylish and unique holiday home, situated near Deganwy beach where the Conwy river meets the sea and offering stunning views. It is conveniently located within walking distance of various amenities such as cafes, bars, restaurants, and the Marina Spa and leisure centre. The local railway station is also nearby, and popular tourist destinations like Llandudno, Conwy, and Snowdonia can be reached after a short drive. Swn y Mor has a distinctive look to it, with castellated-style battlements perched at the top of its roof. The property has two levels with bedrooms on both floors, and enough space to sleep up to 6 people, with additional bed space for two using the upstairs double sofa bed. The ground floor features a spacious bedroom that includes a king-size bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Additionally, there is a cosy snug room that also serves as a gaming area, equipped with an Xbox console, DVD player, and table football. The kitchen dining area is located beyond the game area and has doors leading to the backyard and parking space. A bathroom with a shower and WC is also located on the ground floor. The first floor has two twin rooms a family bathroom, which includes abath with shower overhead, WC and washbasin, and the main lounge located to take advantage of the fabulous views from the first floor out over the estuary towards Puffin Island and the Isle of Anglesey, perfectly positioned to capture the stunning sunsets. This room can also serve as a fourth bedroom with full size double sofa bed and blackout curtains. Facilities include the use of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and other modern amenities found in most good kitchens. There is WiFi provided throughout the property with average download speeds of 36Mbps and 9Mbps upload) and there is furniture for rear patio. Gated off-road parking for one car - or two smaller cars with careful manoeuvring - is found down a rear lane. The property is also dog-friendly and allows one well-behaved dog at no additional cost.
