At guests' disposal also a private parking (for 1 large car or 2 small cars) with automatic gate. Internal Description Villa Arancio is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. Basement floor: The tavern, which can be accessed both internally and externally, is made up of a living area with a single sofa bed, fireplace and dining table. Following you will find an airy kitchen (with stove, table, fridge and oven), a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Ground floor: The ground floor houses a bright living area, furnished with: a single sofa bed, armchair, tv, and dining table. The living room leads directly to the beautiful veranda equipped with a dining table. Then there is a large kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table, and direct access to the garden.
