About this villa rental
Nestled in Forte dei Marmi, this charming villa for $426 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. VILLA Giorgetta is located in Forte Dei Marmi, in the beautiful area of Roma Imperiale, 700 meters far from the sea, close to the famous Disco La Capannina di Franceschi. The villa has been recently renovated. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, with a brand new swimming pool: equipped with a shower, a cabin, chairs and beach laungers. The veranda is provided with a large tent and sofas where guests can relax out of the sun. On the ground floor: a dining room, a large living room, a separate kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are four rooms: two double bedrooms, two king beds and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with alarm system, air conditioning and two televisions (for the Russian guests the villa is equipped with access to dedicated channels). We offer to our guests two bikes to reach the sea and the town center in just 5 minutes. The maintenance service of the garden and the swimming pool is guaranteed twice weekly.

Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok.

Paola and Roberto are the most kind and wonderful people you could meet. They were always available giving recommendations of where to go and where to eat. They even made reservations for us at their friend’s restaurant! We were so impressed with the house and everything you need. We really enjoyed the bicycles they provided! I haven’t ridden a bike in 40 years. I needed a few questions answered and they respond within minutes ! Truly a wonderful place close to town and the beach and the best Gelato place Gelato Imperiale. Needless to say it was a daily trip! The pool and the yard were meticulously cared for as all of the other things in the house. I highly recommend if staying in Forte dei Marmi.

Perfectly Positioned Slice of Heaven
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberto and Paola's beautiful home! They are such lovely people and excellent host! The house was perfect in all ways! Fantastic stay june4 to June 25 2022
We were a party of four and arrived on June 4 and we met by Roberto who introduced us to all of the amenities of the home ,the pool ,the yard and the surrounding area. He was even kind enough to recommend a beach side contact who gave a special rates for the beach. Roberto was more than anyone could expect he answered any questions immediately ,if there is a problem with anything in the property it was dealt with promptly and I mean so fast you couldn’t believe it .I would highly recommend this property to anyone .All the rooms are air-conditioned kitchen is very well equipped lots of dishes lots of space. All requirements are supplied lounge chairs complete with towels beautiful pool ,yard maintenance performed once a week, can’t say enough this is the spot you want to rent thank you

Fantastic location super house
Perfect location, very and spacious house with space for everyone.
Unfortunately the pool is not opened until May (we stayed in April and were not informed prior).
Heating (app controlled) was extra cost in April.
We hope to come back as the house is amazing, when the pool is open 😍🤩

Gelungener Familienurlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage bei Roberto und seiner Frau sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und hat viel Platz für die ganze Familie inkl. Hund gehabt. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, insbesondere die Bilder haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche und Bäder entsprechen nicht mehr ganz heutigem Standard, sind aber dennoch sauber und gepflegt.Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub genießen können und würden das Haus daher auch weiterempfehlen.

Great villa and hosts!
We had the pleasure of spending a few weeks at Roberto and Paula’s villa with our family during the summer holiday. It was everything as advertised and more! The property is well located and updated, the pool is a nice feature and the views are very beautiful. Roberto and Paula are very warm and inviting hosts and were helpful with any requests we had. We look forward to staying at the villa again in the future!

Excellent choice for a stay close to the center of Forte dei Marmi and nice beaches
Nice and very well-located villa that allows you to reach the center of Forte dei Marmi and city beaches in 5 minutes by bicycle.
Villa is well equipped, spacious and the rooms are comfortable with the air-conditioning that is a real plus.
Pleasant outdoor and terrace with a barbecue, garden very well-kept. Swimming pool is big and clean, equipped with long chairs for a relaxed stay. In addition, there are bikes available with the rent which we appreciated a lot.
Paola and Roberto are very friendly and easy-going, always available for you for any questions or issue or for recommendations.
We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again.

Una bellissima casa a misura d'uomo, dotata di ogni comfort e disposta alla perfezione. Sonni riposanti su materassi comodi e lenzuola di buona qualità. Rende unica la proprietà la piscina immersa nel verde, che ti fa passare la voglia di andare in spiaggia.

Splendida Villa!!!
Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia una settimana a giugno in questa splendida villa, situata in uno dei quartieri più belli di Forte. La casa, molto grande e dotata di ogni confort, ha un giardino e una piscina deliziosi. Paola e Roberto si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e ci hanno consigliato dei ristoranti davvero ottimi nelle vicinanze della villa. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!!!

With children and 2 families (=4 adults + 3 kids (1,4,5,6) we booked this time this house: great size, great location, great pool and outdoor area. As well the hosts are super nice and helpful. What we didn’t like though was the cleanliness. In fact - especially the kitchen and bedrooms - were not clean. You better should not look into the corners or below the beds. Of course “cleanliness” is a very personal perception but for us, it was not as per “regular” and expected standard what you should be able to expect.
As well we want to highlight that in the booking confirmation check in says 14:00 whereas the hosts told us that check in time is only 16;00 (to be fair: we could enter at 15:30). Reco: change the confirmation time.
Last but not least we want to tell that there are currently (summer 2021) two construction sites around the house with the regular noise of such during the full day. Pls consider and don’t expect silence. Here we would had been pleased if we got notified upfront for fairness.

A fantastic property in wonderful location
We stayed at this property for one week family vacation in May 2021. The villa was beautiful, very comfortable, large rooms, modern bathrooms, excellent facilities for the laundry and a well equipped kitchen. The house has an immaculate decor and a wonderful manicured garden. The swimming pool is very well maintained, we enjoyed it everyday with our children and visiting friends.
The hosts, Roberto and Paola, are extremely welcoming, kind and caring; they showed us around the property on arrival and provided many useful tips on local restaurants, shops and activities. They provided us with two bikes and were so kind to present us with an excellent bottle of local white wine.

I would love to return here on holiday soon.

Schöne Herbstferien in Forte dei Marmi
Wir genossen eine Woche im Herbst bei unterschiedlich gutem Wetter in diesem wirklich grosszügigen Hause mit unseren drei Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, das Meer mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, der Pool war noch in Betrieb - wenn auch etwas frisch. Roberto und Paolo haben uns sehr viele grossartige Tips betreffend hervorragenden Restaurants und Unternehmungen unterbreitet. Und sie waren auch in der Not super erreichbar und äusserst hilfsbereit. Ankunft und Abreise verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Summer in Forte dei Marmi
We have been traveling to Forte for summer vacations for more than ten years and stayed in a number of different properties. We loved this villa - the location, cleanliness and outdoor spaces are all excellent. Great for families and Roberto and Paola were excellent hosts who were incredibly helpful.

We as a big family of 7 ( 4 children , me and my wife and my mother in law ) stayed at Roberto's villa for 12 nights and it was marvelous ! The villa is clean and spacious and gorgeous We enjoyed every minute of the stay , the owners ( Roberto and Paola ) responded very quickly and were very hospitable, helped with everything we needed. I totally recommend the villa for the stay as we travel a lot around the world and can rate our stay at Roberto's as 5 star experience !!! Thank you !

First off, our hosts are wonderful people. They were very accommodating and helpful. And the home was as described and located in good proximity to our beach club and the center.
As with every rental we've ever had in forte there is some updating to be done - this is universal there unless you're willing to spend $20,000 a week. We are somewhat spoiled because we have eight bathrooms in our six bedroom house so having two shared bathrooms on the top floor with four bedrooms requires some negotiating and timing. Note that the fourth upstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning. This is something I think Roberto should consider adding if structurally possible. Small point, but air drying, which is the norm, causes the towels to be somewhat stiff and not soft as you'd expect in the u.s. We bought five new towels and left them behind for the next guests!

Overall we had a great time, we enjoyed the pool on several occasions, never watched TV once (although they have them), we loved being able to bike everywhere, and the home is perfect for a family or a few good friends. I recommend it highly for its location, amenities, and the truly wonderful hosts.
