Nestled in Twin Peaks, this attractive cabin for $150 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Enjoy being nestled among the trees in this cozy 1,300 sq. ft cabin featuring 3 bedrooms (K,K,Q), a gorgeous deck and a fully stocked kitchen for all your needs. Perfect for couple and families that want to experience all the mountain has to offer. Enjoy being centrally located, easy access to both nearby lakes, and walking distance to amenities including Bar/Restaurants/convenience store. We are here to share our favorite slice of the mountain with you! The Space: Come experience the San Bernardino Mountains as a local would in the best neighborhood - this 3-level home was designed with beauty and comfort in mind. The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms and a brand new deck. The home is centrally located, you'll be within a 5 - 10 min drive to MANY restaurants, bars, shops, and convenience stores. We have great cell service at the cabin, but you will have access to fast WIFI on all three levels (300+ Mbps) and a new 4K Smart TV. KITCHEN Feel at home with a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes all the necessary kitchen accessories needed to cook your meals along with a functional oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine with complimentary tea and coffee. We provide an array of cooking oils, vinegar, spices, pots & pans, cooking utensils, a small blender, baking sheets, and much more. FAMILY ROOM Get comfortable on our couch, binge-watch all your favorite shows on our brand new smart TV, cozy up by the fire or have a fun board game night with your crew! IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER A brand new washer and dryer unit with complimentary detergent ready for your use. BATHROOMS All our bathrooms have been recently updated with a modern cabin vibe. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer can be found in the full bathroom for your convenience as well. The full bath is a Jack & Jill attached to the two main bedrooms. One half bath is located on the first level, and the other is private and attached to the third bedroom. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are spacious with a lot of storage. Two bedrooms feature king beds and walk in closets. The third bedroom features a detached private entrance with a queen bed and a private half bathroom. OUTDOOR LIVING We have a deck on the top floor with outdoor seating and a small bistro table to enjoy your coffee and the view. Enjoy using the grill to serve up a great meal at home, or enjoy the fire pit while taking in the fresh air! KID-FRIENDLY We provide a pack and play and a high chair, along with outlet covers, misc seasonal toys, and kid friendly plates and cutlery. PET-FRIENDLY Come stay with your furry friend! All pets (including service animals) must be disclosed prior to your arrival. Each pet incurs a $50 fee to help offset additional cleaning needed after your stay to help keep the home allergy friendly. We also provide a basket of goodies to welcome your fur-baby. We take pride in cleanliness with a professional cleaning crew between guest visits. Plenty of living space including: - Downstairs Master Bedroom 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) - Downstairs Bedroom 2: King Bed (sleeps 2) - Detached Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - Brand new deck w/BBQ perfect for Summer - Pet-friendly - 1 Full bathroom - 2 Half bathrooms - Fresh towels and linens - Hair dryer - Handheld clothing steamer - Short, flat driveway with parking for two cars - Perfect for couples, families, tourists, and professionals. Local guests are permitted to book with exception only. Guest Access: You will have the entire space to yourself. The property has its own private entrance. A keypad code will be provided for self-check-in. ***During winter months, please be advised that adverse road conditions may exist on our mountain roads. Chains may be required to access the property. By law, you should always carry chains during winter months. During heavy snows, shoveling may be required. We have provided a quality snow shovel for use. We do not extend refunds due to weather conditions, road closures or detours, driver's abilities, or vehicle limitations. Our road is easily accessible from the main road, is plowed by the county and the property has a short flat driveway that is easy to manage. The Neighborhood: Enjoy the privacy and safety of being nestled in a cul de sac, while also enjoying the convenience of being walking distance to a local bar and restaurant! Our cabin is easily accessible during the winter months - located right off the main road, street maintained by county snow plows and a sort flat drive way that is easy to access. Getting Around: The cabin can accommodate tow total cars per stay, and while we can walk to a nearby bar/restaurant - having a car is best for getting around the mountain. Winter is wonderful with our short & flat driveway! Chains are still required, but you wont need to navigate anything steep. Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT: We want to host you, but first, please read the house rules at the bottom of the page to make sure we are a good fit for each other. > No locals are permitted to rent or stay at the house, unless special request is granted. > The cabin has a lot of stairs, please be mindful when you book. > Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval incur a $250 fee, as we need time to prepare the house for the next guest. > The cabin is pet friendly! Pets incur an additional cost of $50 per pet, up to two pets total. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste and will incur a $200 fee for any waste found after their departure. > Smoking is completely prohibited inside the property. A deodorizing fee will be charged (min $500) if we detect the smell of smoke. If you smoke, please do so on the deck with the sliders closed. > We have a RING camera to ensure the property is protected at all times. There are NO cameras inside the house. > Overnight occupancy is 6 people. Because we care about the comfort of our neighbors, we highly discourage loud noise. Cabin can accommodate 2 total cars max. > Wildlife is everywhere. There is always a possibility of encountering dangerous animals such as bears, bats, snakes, coyotes, and raccoons. Food should not be left outside or in your vehicle. > If a guest violates the county rules and a fine is imposed, the guest will be responsible for paying the fine.
