It’s a nice room. Colorful and fully equipped. Surrounded by Milan nightlife and clubs, bars.
The communication with the host terrible. I asked where to park nearby and my arrival time and they never replied the chat. Just minimal words. Feels like speaking to a bot. I was standing outside almost at midnight and they just sent me a link for Wise via WhatsApp to pay the city tax. Sounds like a scam (been scammed before thru other private hosts found in Booking) I paid it however because it was just tax for one night. But not nice to be there outside standing and u til you pay the tax they give you the code to open the door. It was a nightmare to find a spot to park nearby

Viaggio in due, per due giorni e una notte.
Pro:
Appartamento in posizione molto comoda in zona Repubblica a Milano, a due passi dalla stazione del treno, zona residenziale tranquilla e piena di bar o ristoranti, di notte si dorme bene. L'appartamento è abbastanza pulito, con tutti i servizi che occorrono per un breve soggiorno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, angolo cottura, letto comodo.
Contro: nonostante fosse maggio, l'appartamento era freddo, cosa da considerare se si viaggia in pieno inverno. Nel bagno manca purtroppo il bidet e la tavoletta del wc balla notevolmente.
La comunicazione con l'host non funziona benissimo, ho mandato diverse mail per sapere se eventualmente si potesse effettuare il check-in in orari diversi da quelli previsti e non ho mai avuto risposta. Anche quando ho chiesto indicazioni il giorno stesso, per sapere come effettuare l'accesso in appartamento, hanno tardato a rispondere.
Il prezzo è una parte su booking e le tasse di soggiorno (€20) in loco tramite indicazioni fornite da host, nell'insieme un po' alto per quello che offre.

Lovely apartment! Small shower but good facilities otherwise. McDonald’s and other shops very close. Good transport links but can be walkable, to train station and cathedral approx 20mins on foot. Fab!

Clean, cozy, and conveniently located. The apartment had everything you need for a short vacation.
Some people might be bothered by the street noise. But I don't think there's any other way to live in this area.
