The home comes with Bluetooth that connects any smart phone to speakers and state of the art electronic recliners in the living room. With flat screen TV's in the living room, master, and guest bedroom for those cozy nights indoors. Our staff is here 7 days a week with maintenance and housekeeping on site to assist with any issue.
Our condo gives amazing sunrises as it faces Monterey, enjoy partial ocean views from your very own balcony! Grill with a 1lb propane BBQ with a nice ocean breeze and beautiful views. Located on the second level with stairs or a ramp leading up to it and just a few steps away from beach access. Enjoy the comfort of this fully equipped home with all major appliances including washer and dryer.

Nice condo and beach. There's a couple maintenance things that need to be taken care of - the dryer is really loud and sounds like a dying dinosaur and the one of the drapery rods in a bedroom is too short and taped together with duct tape, making it difficult to open and close the drapes.
