With a custom chef's kitchen and gorgeous open concept living area, this is the ideal location for friends, families, and colleagues who want to have a relaxing luxury getaway. - Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Desk with workspace for working from home or traveling for work. - Open concept living space and dining area. - Beautiful, restored hardwood floors. - Smart TV with streaming capabilities. - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use. The Neighborhood: Jamaica Plain, known fondly to locals as "JP," is one of the hippest neighborhoods in Boston. The area is known for its amazing green spaces and culinary scene; take a 5 minute walk to the scenic Franklin Park arboretum, or pick up a taco from Chilacates. JP's close proximity to downtown Boston makes this the perfect place for guests who want to explore the city while enjoying the local flavor of this quintessential Bean Town neighborhood. Getting Around: Catch an orange line train from Green Street (5-8 minute walk) and you'll be in downtown Boston in about 15 minutes. If you're exploring Centre Street, take the 39 Bus to Back Bay Station. JP is also the most bike-friendly neighborhood in Boston; the Southwest Corridor Park stretches to Back Bay and is well worth the ride. Didn't bring your bike with you? Rent a Bluebike, Boston bicycle sharing program, for $10/day. The closest Bluebike station is 3 blocks away from our home. Should you choose to bring a car, please be advised there is only on-street parking available. We advise all our guests to observe street signs and street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable, but it ended up fine.
