You need to be 25 or over to book this property. Please remove your shoes upon entry. Please pick up after your dogs in the yard and do not leave them unattended unless crated. Dogs are not allowed in the bed and will incur extra charges if dog hair is found on linens. COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME: We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning. - Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc. - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
