About this house rental
Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms well separated, a fireplace, a lovely patio, and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, White Rock Lake, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size,. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Noting there are outside cameras for the protection of guests and the home.

Linda, the host, was absolutely wonderful! She anwered all my questions very quickly, before and during, and came to do a quick/minor fix while we were there, when I mentioned the issue.The duplex is located near White Rock Lake and between the neighborhoods of Casa Linda and Lake Highlands. The light Dart rail train sound didn’t bother us at all. Lots of restaurants and stores within a 3 mile radius! A great, convenient area to be in! Plus, a mere 30 minute drive to/from Love Field Airport! All necessary items were provided, in bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. Not to mention clear-free laundry detergent! I also liked how one soft bed and another firm bed were there to be able to choose. I definitely plan on booking there again!

Safe neighborhood for walking OR walk at the nearby White Rock Lake. You can hear the light rail from the house but after staying a couple days, it was only a minor bother. Lots of shops and restaurants within 1-2 mile driving distance.

Peaceful neighborhood. House beds were very comfortable. Very clean. All pictures on site were accurate.

The property location was perfect. However, the train going by very early every morning every hour took getting used to.
