Propreté. Disponibilité du propriétaire. Quartier relativement calme. Arrêt de bus à 100m pour le centre ville. Grande surface à 800m. Action du propriétaire rapide en cas de souci. Appartement fonctionnel.
Appartement situé au second étage sans ascenseur. Ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Manque de vaisselle et surtout de produit de cuisine, tels que sel, poivre, machine à café, dosettes à café, huile d'olive, essui de cuisine pour la vaisselle, machine à laver. Nuisance sonore +++ car appartement très mal isolé. Locataire du 3ème étage assez bruyant. Et quand les touristes qui louent l' appartement en face rentrent, on a l'impression qu'ils vont rentrés chez vous tellement la proximité est proche. (Palier d'1 m2). Cuisine très sombre

El apartamento es cómodo y se llega en muy pocas paradas de bus al centro. Sitios cerca para desayunar y comprar en supermercado.
Algo mas de equipamiento en cocina, cafetera por ejemplo.

The property was modern, very clean, very comfortable and very secure.
Location was really good, an easy 7 minutes bus ride to the centre.
The owner, Luca, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and gave a lot of good advice re sightseeing, etc.
The apartment is on the second floor, but the owner helped us to get our luggage up and down the stairs (if not, we would really have had a problem as we are 82 and 79 years old).
Fortunately the stairs were very easy.
Also, contrary to the info, there was no washing machine.
