The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a washing machine. The shower was excellent.
Picking up and dropping off the keys was a nightmare. I didn't realize that key collection would be in a different location until I had already gotten to the apartment. After traveling for 20 hours, I was exhausted but then had to do another 25 minute round trip to pick up the keys. Dropping off the keys was even worse. It was the same location, which I was prepared for. However, the place was supposed to open at 7:30am so I got there at 7:30am. No one was in the shop and the doors were shut and locked. I knocked and waited. I called all the phone numbers associated with the booking and no one answered. I almost missed my bus, that was leaving from the bus station at 8:05am heading to Manchester airport. Thankfully my ex husband was still in the area and was able to pick up the keys from me, seconds before the bus pulled out of the station. If it weren't for him, the keys would've been on a transatlantic flight. Please have a lockbox near the property to allow people to come and go more conveniently.

It’s clean and comfy inside
It was difficult to locate the property. It needs some labelling in the front. It might also need some cleaning at the entrance and a handle to the door to close it

Well placed apartment, with easy walk to the city centre.
Very noisy though.
The entrance is a bit shady, and you have to go pretty far out to get the keys - it's either a very long walk, or a car drive (with no easy parking spaces - almost got a ticket).
