About this house rental

Located in Indianapolis, this lovely house for $303 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Our space is a short Uber or Scooter ride to anywhere downtown. The Convention Center Gainbridge Fieldhouse Lucas Oil Stadium Fountain Square Mass Ave/Bottle works We have a full time property manager on call 24/7. We are a hospitality business not a real estate business. The Space: Plenty of parking in the garage with a driveway and two car garage. There is also parking out front. Plenty of space for a large group but private bedrooms to disappear when needed. Bedroom one is only accessible through bedroom 5. Both bedrooms have their own door. Bedrooms 1, 5 and 4 are on the second floor! Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the first floor. While the house was remodeled recently, the stairs are on the steeper side! Guest Access: You have access to the entire property and we provide complete self check in instructions. The Neighborhood: Bates Hendrick - a incredible upcoming neighborhood. New builds everywhere and a great community. Note: Some some older house but a very fun feeling neighborhood and community. Getting Around: We offer a spacious two car garage in the back and street parking right out front.

This property was perfect for 4 couples to getaway to Indy. It is very close to downtown and sleeps 8 very comfortably. The house has been renovated; the inside is much nicer than it looks on the outside with granite countertops in the kitchen and cool feature walls in most bedrooms and updated bathrooms. We all fit at the kitchen table which was awesome! We weren't sure about the neighborhood, but as we walked around we noticed many houses that had been remodeled or were in the process of being remodeled. It's definitely a neighborhood that is undergoing transformation. We appreciated having a large garage to park 2 of our cars securely and additional parking in the drive. We would stay here again.

This property was located in a great spot for us as we were in town for the United Pentecostal Church International General Conference located at the Indiana Convention Center. It took only minutes to get there. The house is very nice, roomy, and clean. The modern appliances were a plus. We had 7 adults and it worked out fine. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. The communication was excellent with the hosts! If you have questions they respond quickly. We would recommend this home away from home!

My family loved our stay at this spacious house! It had everything we needed and more! Check in was easy and we loved the 2car garage to park and unload easily. Everyone had a bed and spot in the house to relax. We had an event at Lucas Oil Stadium we were attending and it was so quick and easy to get there and back. The neighborhood is older but in process of revitalization! We will definitely be back next year! Thank you!

Great location & easy Uber ride anywhere. Ring an air mattress or 2 if you have more than 11 people. Great up and coming neighborhood!

The house was sparkling clean for our visit and is in very close proximity to downtown which is just a short drive. The host was very hospitable and checked in with me multiple times, he was very quick to answer any question that we had. The house is very attractive with many amenities, I would definitely rent again!!
