Completed in 2022, this stunning townhome offers the perfect blend of style and comfort, with luxurious amenities and unbeatable location. this home has a spacious and open living area, complete with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home, with high-end appliances and ample counter space, while the spacious dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 people. The townhome also features 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, The bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, with high-quality linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. For those looking for even more relaxation and stunning views, head up to the private roof deck. The deck features a fire pit, Jacuzzi, comfortable loungers, and unbeatable views of both the bay and the beach. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or entertain guests, the private roof deck is the perfect spot to do so. Our townhome is also conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, as well as a number of shops, restaurants, and attractions. You'll have easy access to everything that Pompano Beach has to offer, while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of your own luxury townhome. We take great pride in offering our guests a luxurious and comfortable home away from home, and we're confident that you'll love everything about our townhome. Book your stay today and start planning your dream Florida vacation! Book this property and enjoy pool access at the motel next door! Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, hot tub, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood around the house is known as the Beach neighborhood. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a mix of residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The neighborhood is located right on the beach, so residents and visitors alike can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Getting Around: The Beach neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including Indian Mound Park, Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, and Pompano Beach Amphitheater. You can get around the house by car, bus, bike, or on foot. Other Things to Note: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. Very nice clean accommodations. Property manager was very helpful. Pools in the aerial shots are not for the middle units. Just a heads up.
