Located in San Tan Valley, this charming house for $197 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Sonoran Sunflower Oasis! Here you'll find plenty of room for everyone (ncluding your pet!), with central areas to gather both inside and out--in the fabulous backyard retreat with its heated pool and spa, or downstairs in the super-comfortable living room, or upstairs in the massive loft area with its reclining leather sectional! Keep cool! The air conditioning system is less than three years old, every living space has powerful ceiling fans, and of course, there’s that pool…😂 Main level bedroom has easy access to the bright, clean, wheelchair accessible bath with large roll-in shower and sturdy grab bars. Large, comfy two section kennel also provided for your fur Fam. 🐶🫶🏼 This lovely home is close to Bell Bank Park, the Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, outdoor recreation opportunities like San Tan Regional Park and the Superstition Mountains, multiple golf courses, wineries, shopping, restaurants, and main roads, all accessible from this quiet neighborhood starting point. Your desert retreat includes fast, free WiFi and smart TVs in all living spaces and bedrooms. The pool can be heated for $50 per night, temp between 80-85 from November - March; spa heated on request for no charge. There are pool toys and floats available, a beach entry, diving rock, and plenty of umbrellas to provide shade as you relax, and of course, a gas grill for those barbecues. The house features three upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed and smart TV; the upstairs loft has an enormous sectional and 75" TV for movie night as well as a separate area with a table for games or puzzles AND a futon that opens for extra sleeping space as needed. Each of the rooms also include closets and/or dressers with lots of storage space. Two of the three bathroom are upstairs as well, each with a shower and tub combo and lots of clean towels and bedding. Downstairs you'll find an enclosed den/office space with more storage, a desk (if you must work!), and a comfortable daybed with a trundle pull out for two more sleeping spaces. The third bathroom is downstairs and has a large zero-entry shower. The open concept living room has another smart TV, and another large sectional with access to the kitchen and eating spaces. There is room for 10 at the table with extra seating at the breakfast bar. All of this overlooks the resort-style backyard with lush landscape, a large covered patio with another dining table, and, of course, the heated saltwater pool and spa. Yes, it's close to all sorts of East Valley recreation and fun things to do, but we think you'll be so comfortable here you won't want to leave!

Had family from west coast come together with family from the east coast incuding one infant ( 7 mo. ) and a 4 year old. This house was perfect for everyone. The owner was also very gracious and resposive. She even allowed us to check in over an hour early. House was very clean and supplied with the basics. Would stay here again in a an instant!

Kathy responded very quickly to our needs. We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation. Location to stores was very convenient. Highly recommend visiting The Olive Mill close to the house. There are train tracks close to the house and thankfully had sporadic trains going by.

Overall, the property was great, the fresh flowers were a nice touch. I would have preferred having a guest book with instructions for everything: Examples: tv’s all had a Roku but no indication of what if anything was included, hot tub and pool instructions, hairdryer location etc…online would be fine or an email copy. That being said, I would still stay at this location again.

Staying here was so comfortable-just as if we were home. It has such cheery decorations and was well equipped with all the necessities such as blankets, towels, toiletries etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return some day.

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! There wasn’t a single thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Kathy was incredibly responsive and very pleasant! It was nice that all of the streaming services were available on the TVs so we were able to relax and catch up on a couple of shows while we were there. The backyard is lovely; we were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and barbecue while we were there.
