Extrem unfreundlicher Gastgeber, trotz schönem Haus leider keinerlei Komfort
Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, die Lage ganz wunderbar. Man hat einen sehr weiten Blick über das Tal. In der Ferne sieht man das Meer und den Monte Argentario - super!
Wir hatten zwei Tage vor Anreise über Booking eine späte Anreisezeit angefragt - bei 14 Stunden aus Deutschland schafft man das praktisch nicht bis 19.00 Uhr. Es gab zwei Tage lang leider keinerlei Rückmeldung des Gastgebers - aber zwei Mails von Booking.com dass die Unterkunft sich leider noch nicht gemeldet hat.
Wir haben am Tag der Anreise mehrfach noch mit InterHome (Verwaltung) telefoniert - die den Gastgeber auch nicht erreichen konnte. Wir haben dann um die Mittagszeit den Besitzer in Italien über Handy erreicht - er sprach jedoch kein Wort Englisch und kein Wort deutsch. Unser "broken Italien" reichte nicht aus, um zu kommunizieren. Wir haben ihm über Google-Translater eine Anfrage auf italienisch geschrieben, ob er den Schlüssel zum Haus bitte irgendwo deponieren kann, damit wir mitten in der Nacht ins Haus können. Bei den vielen anderen Ferienhäusern, in denen wir schon waren, war das nie ein Problem - die hatten einen Schlüsseltresor oder haben den Schlüssel unter einen Blumentopf gelegt. Unser Gastgeger schickte auf italienisch folgende Antwort: er sei kein Hotel, das sei nicht möglich und am nächsten Morgen müsse er weg - danach nichts mehr.
Einiger Maßen verzweifelt haben wir dann um 23.00 Uhr in Piacenca ein Hotel gebucht - und sind am nächsten Tag angereist.
In der Anzeige von Booking stand: Ganzes Ferienhaus - und: die Unterkunft gehört ihnen ganz alleine.
Bei Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus ein Appartementhaus mit drei Wohnungen ist. In zwei Eingangstüren steckten die Schlüssel, der Gastgeber (der 80 m weiter wohnt) war nicht da. Und das wäre am Tag zuvor nicht möglich gewesen???
Nachdem ich für die Kaution von 250,- Euro in bar eine Quittung haben wollte, wurde der Gastgeber total ungehalten und wollte die Polizei hollen - eine Minute später forderte er uns auf, wieder zu fahren. Und nachdem wir das klären konnten reiste am nächsten Tag eine Familie an - kein Schallschutz, kein Privatbereich - Katastrophe!
