The place was great, beautifully appointed, the host was extremely accommodating, the neighborhood had a wonderful safe feeling! Great shopping and restaurants very close by.

I had an issue which I notified the host about. She immediately addressed it & kept me updated w its progress. I was very impressed by her efforts & quick response!

Pat is truly the most friendly, accommodating host we have ever had. Everything we needed was provided to us in a very timely manner (extra towels, coffee, snacks, etc.). We felt comfortable and appreciated. Seriously one of the best lodging experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend!

Everything was available at the house. All amenities provided. Pat had laid out snacks for us. A coffee machine and everything else we wanted. A beautiful patio at the rear of the house to sit and have your coffee

Nothing I didnt like

I spent four days with Pat. It is a beautiful home in the perfect location to everything on the Main Line. Pat is a delightful host. I had everything I needed and more. The home is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with eclectic charm. The garden is to die for. I will definitely stay again next year when I visit.

Well kept property. Convenient amenities - including common dining and living room areas with refrigerator, toaster, microwave and some provided snacks. Access through a sliding patio door to a private fenced-in landscaped rear garden with table, chairs, and bench. An abundance of charming decor throughout the interior and exterior adds to the atmosphere. Attentive host asked several times whether we were comfortable or if we needed any other amenities. Quiet, safe side-street location - only ~300 ft walk from route 30 (Lancaster Ave.) with its numerous eateries and retailers within a mile or two in either direction. Wifi provided with excellent signal and flat screen TV, desk, chairs and air conditioning were all in excellent condition with efficient use of space given the relatively small dimensions of the room. We traveled with our 50lb dog and there were no issues whatsoever. Everything was obviously very clean and we detected no odors in any part of the the facility. Floors throughout are hardwood and the entire location is almost like a flashback to an earlier time with everything looking authentic in furnishings but as if it were brand new in condition. There is not much more to say. It was appreciated that not only the guest room was air conditioned but as we entered the building on numerous occasions through our three day stay, we were immediately refreshed with an air conditioned first floor living and dining room, making our usable (and comfortable) accomodations not just limited to our bedroom/guest room. Bathroom was clean, provided ample plush towels, had new water faucet and shower that worked well and the water pressure in our 3rd floor large private bathroom was excellent - earning a 10 out of 10 flushability rating, and complete with a separate air conditioner, too! For an alternative to more commercial, impersonal and expensive lodging, if the above description sounds enticing, we recommend giving 9 Booth Lane a try.

Room was on the small side. It is hard to think of anything else!
