Living room, TV room (with sleeper sofa), gourmet kitchen/dining area, additional two bathrooms all upstairs with large deck (gas grill) with ocean views for eating and relaxing. In the basement there is an additional sleeping area with queen bed along with a Peloton bike and extra TV area. Great for families - there is a double bunk bedroom (4 total twin beds) and kids toys. Backyard with swing set for playing and outdoor shower. Please note the house does not have a pool! Gut-renovated in 2017 and never rented out before. We are only looking to rent this house to families!
