Location was great for our needs. We were disappointed the hot tub described didn’t actually exist, since it was one of the reasons we chose this place, but the owner apologized for the mistaken advertisement. It was quite close to many beautiful hiking trails, and for that reason I would stay there again.

This was a great property for our stay in Upland. It was centrally located and lots of stuff near us all within minutes of driving (plus less than a mile from my son). There’s a 7-11 across the street and a laundromat which is convenient if you need anything and don’t want to drive. There is a lot of noise from the front street but we got used to it…the noise machine in the bedroom was awesome and we used it each night. We felt welcome with personal touches like snacks and complementary toiletries; we had everything we could possibly need for cooking. I would only suggest host providing a dustpan as with hard floors, I need to sweep daily to keep them clean (not much of a swiffer fan). This is a one family home with the garage sectioned off as a separate property and a casita in the back. Parking was shared so you could not really have more than one visiting car. We would definitely stay here again as it was as advertised, a cozy home away from home. Thank you!

This property is amazing! So clean, and cozy. Good location. The owner Josie was great. She called us to check in and be sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We were dropping our child off for his first year at Pomona College and this location was a great home base for us for shopping, prepping and quick access to campus. Well maintained and comfy (as advertised) with a very responsive host.

We moved from Rancho a few years ago and are always happy to go home and visit friends and sites we miss! The stay was nice and I will think of it next time we come. Everything was nice.There weee some sugar ants that got into our crackers and it just reminded me I don’t miss the ants in California. Lol Would have liked extra towels since we stayed 3 nights and with 4 of us and no a washer and dryer I would have brought some or at least washed them between uses. The back yard was great and the house was comfortable! We enjoyed our time and are coming back in a few weeks for a day so I may book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great and close to everything. I enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There is no dishwasher but I did not mind handwashing dishes. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but several laundromats close by so it was not a problem. The central AC was much appreciated in the summer heat. The beds were a bit uncomfortable - mattress in master needs to be looked at. Other than that it was a comfortable and fun stay in a central location. Josie was very responsive to my calls and a great host.

Josie was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. House was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us. House is on a busier street, so one bedroom could hear cars but we brought our sound machine, which we always bring, and it was fine. Beds were very comfy. We would stay here again.
