Memory foam mattresses and TWO living rooms with many entertainment options. 5. Outdoor space includes two decks, BBQ grill, hammock, outdoor seating, and a propane fire pit. 6. Each room has unique design touches and warm colors. 7. Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with a pet fee of $20/night per dog. 8. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, spices, and cookware. 9. The houses are spaced out and more private than a typical urban neighborhood. Getting Around: You can get downtown on the bus easily but everything is also very walkable, bikeable, and driveable! Other Things to Note: Note that this home is strictly a vacation rental and not available for events/gatherings. We love our house and our neighbors so only want to host respectful groups that will abide by the house rules on the rental agreement Interaction with Guests: We do not live nearby but we are always available via message or a phone call!

Great house and great location. It was cold and dreary but the house was perfect to cuddle up in for movies and board games and family time. The house has everything you need (seriously, what a relief, lots of blankets and towels!) and a wonderful neighborhood to walk the dog. Loved Greenwood Restaurant, Cascade Raptor Center, and Tsunami Bookstore in particular. We will definitely stay here again when in Eugene.

Had a great experience at the house. Super clean, comfy beds, host was very responsive. The house accommodated my family of five, my MIL and my wife's best friend. Great having one home for all of us. The decor was fun, the house was well laid out and had everything we needed (including 2 coffee makers). Thanks so much for the great home to stay in.

This house was a Spacious well located home, within walking distance of the University of Oregon track facility and Pre’s Rock. We stayed with 11 people and had plenty of room. The VRBO communication system apparently was not relaying messages between the host and the traveling party. The host was quick to message us via text to confirm our check in process and anything that was needed. Overall great stay and excellent location.

Came for a BMX event held next to the Oregon Ducks stadium, close and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. House has cute decor and cozy, it was clean for the most part and provided all our kitchen and toiletry needs 4 adults, 4 kids and two fur babies. Host is nice and responds quickly and thoughtful to welcome kids with snacks and dogs. It was appreciated as well as having coffee options. One negative is we found several cobb webs inside and outside and spiders in the house wondering if recently been treated for spiders and bugs. It gets hot at night on the warmer days. There were no fans or AC in the rooms to cool down and the door in master didn’t have a screen on the door so afraid more bugs or spiders entering while sleeping but that’s just me. I would just bring small fans for the bedrooms next time. Overall it was a nice stay.
