Lovely size apartment with plenty of space. Nice tall ceilings and a comfortable bed.
Initially when you walk in the apartment is beautiful and spacious. However when looking closely it is incredibly run down. The walls need a serious paint and there are scratches and marks everywhere. The shower is impossible as the waterfall shower head is too big for the shower itself. You can’t shower without either soaking your head / hair or the bathroom floor. I also didn’t appreciate that you had to pay the city taxes in cash. It wasn’t very professional and I didnt feel comfortable doing it.

Spacious, clean and great location.. Short walk to Duomo and station to catch public transport to other locations. Well equipped with amenities and comfortable bed.

La ubicación es buena cerca del Duomo que es la atracción principal de Milán

El portal del apartamento está situado en un callejón donde dan las traseras de otros edificio(huele a basura),por la parte delantera hay una gran avenida donde no dejan de pasar tranvías día y noche y a pesar de tener la ventanas cerradas se oye el ruido.El aire acondicionado hay que dejarlo todo el día porque sino luego no enfría todo el apartamento 😥
Necesitas llave en el ascensor para subir a la planta del apartamento(que a veces gira a veces no)
El piso es amplio pero mal distribuido,la limpieza brilla por su ausencia,puertas,muebles,paredes están sucias del paso de la gente!
El desagüe de la ducha atascado de no limpiarse…
La cama de la habitación principal necesita un cambio (listones sueltos,colchón blando )
El apartamento está bien pero necesita una “lavadita de cara”
