Everything, especially the staffs who provide personal and detail oriented services includes the professional knowledge of the food and wine (special thanks to sommelier Haruna Etani, the attentive crew Kentaro Okimi, Katsura with care). The room is well designed and the onsen is superb! The beautiful view and all the details that showcase Wakayama authenticity from landscape, to food ingredient, to the material. Location is a little further from the bustling Shirahama beach, but only 10 mins walk, and the inn is on a hill which is quiet and nice. BEAUTIFUL!
The steps in the bedroom at L2 (Cloudless Moon room), tripping hazard, fell. But I like the room design especially the living room sofa sunken is comfortable. Maybe can warm the guest who may require care, can provide anti slip socks to wear to prevent slipping.

Kuroshio Sou embraces the traditional Japanese culture of "wabi" and "sabi," soothing the hearts of travelers who visit. The staff provide exceptional hospitality with meticulous attention to detail. The cuisine is crafted by top-class chefs who carefully select the finest seasonal ingredients to create exquisite dishes that match the season. The hot spring is a natural free-flowing onsen, located in a historically popular hot spring town. We highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself.

基本的に価格に対しての評価になりますが・・・夕食も朝食も料理が非常に質感、楽しさに乏しいと思います・・・部屋も広くない、浴場もこじんまりしている分、料理で満足度を高めないとダメなのではないでしょうか（食期待の方には不満足かもしれませんね）・・・せっかく白浜の産物溢れるところですから・・・お値段の割には大したことないといった印象です・・・もっと他に選択肢が出てくると思います・・・リピートは厳しいと思いました・・・もし夕食なしで泊まり朝食だけでも高いと感じるかもですかね・・・スタッフの対応は良かったです・・・すみません
