The room was clean and quite comfortable. It was as described at the time of reservation.
we didn't like the "loft style" beds. They were difficult to get on and off. Paid street parking was hit or miss. There were either available spots or there weren't.

The property was nice. We didn’t sell something much missing and the rooms were organised was really good
We are five people with my grandmother sometimes it’s little hard with old parents to book a bunk bedroom and we didn’t knew it because at first on the website it’s shown we will get to normal bed double beds and one bunk bed but we go to bunk beds in the room size was also small, but I guess anyone can work it out for a small trip. apart from that for five people the cooking utensils and the other items related to this should be also equivalent but that’s not a big deal , still was good.

It was just the right size for our week’s stay. The bed was ludicrously comfortable and the facilities were very useful. Plus the balcony was an ideal place to take morning coffee ans decompress at the end of a long day. The apartment may be a little way out of the city centre, but its close to handy transport nodes to all over the city, so it was ideal for our stay.
The lack of aircon could see it getting quite hot and stuffy unless the balcony door was open at night. Also, the kitchen was slightly ill-equipped, and someone had put empty coffee pods back into the storage point, which confused us for a bit. But they were all minor quibbles in an overall satisfactory stay.

The location is good just a few minutes walking from the St. Martins Platz tram station. The room is on the second floor and it was specious.
-The kitchen cooktop was very hard to handle. One of the burner temperature points was not visible and for some time it was not turning off because we couldn't check the current temperature point.
- The microwave was not working or it was hard to operate. We did not spend much time to figure it out.
- There was no hairdryer in the room. The customer care representative assured me to provide a hairdryer on the next day but even after calling multiple times they did not bother to provide the hairdryer. So bring your own hairdryer so as not to depend on them.
- The lift in the building is not working, the customer care representative falsely informed us that it's working.
