The room was great and has a good space and clean and the staff was very helpfull

Good location, superb lobby and reception for chilling and relaxing. Had a short and sweet stay. The staff was sweet. The price is also average so that’s fine. The proximity to the U station, right outside the main gate, made it very easy to do in and out.

It was a pretty good environment, I would make the breakfast more varied.
There was no refrigerator in the room.

I would say the rooms are very tidy, a bit small perhaps but for the price they were quite decent. The service was good with the exception of one incident in the reception.
We had just parked in the lobby downstairs and I decided to pay for two cars (the second car was coming later). The lady in the lobby said that was fine. However upon the second car arriving the lady acted very rude and said she couldn't validate our parking for the second car because I had already paid (I paid for x2 cars but she only wanted to validate one of them). So we had an argument and I tried to show her my receipt (where it clearly says parking 2 times) but she walked away and helped another customer.
I just stood my ground and waited until she helped us again and when she came back she took the second ticket out of our hand in an aggresive manner and finally validated the ticket threw it back at us then left the reception. It was a disgraceful way of acting against your customers and it ruined our morning.
Most of the stuff however acted much more professionally and friendlier. I would rate this place better if it wasn't for that moment. Overall we had an decent stay.
