About this house rental

Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for $914 per night is a great option for your next break. Bring the whole family down and watch this "Smile Maker" put a grin on everyone's face. You'll have plenty of room to spread out and relax as you take in the spectacular views and enjoy the private walkway to the wide and beautiful beach. Only 8 blocks to the middle of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you can stroll out for a nice dinner, catch the Thursday Night fireworks and amble back down the beach when you're done. There are 7 parking spots, 4 of which are in the double garage. The owner also provides an extra Refrigerator/Freezer down there. Upstairs, on the main level you'll find the kitchen with Stainless appliances, granite counters, and a butcher block island. The dining table seats 8, plus 5 barstools at the island. Also on the main level are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen and on suite bathroom and the second with 2 sets of Twin bunks. A second full bathroom on this level is accessible from the common area. The laundry center is also nearby. On the second floor you'll find a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave and sink. A generous seating area is featured here, along with 3 more bedrooms. First is a King with large private bathroom and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, that share a bathroom complete the layout. Of course there are beautiful decks to take in the salt air and gorgeous views. Be on the lookout for a pod of dolphins playing close by! The third floor is setup for lots of kids, so bring all of the cousins and their friends if you want. You'll find 4 sets of Twin bunks and a foosball table, along with the most majestic sunrise views. In addition, there are two top floor bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with a Queen and a Twin. Naturally there is a full bathroom to service this level. Don’t miss out on this spacious home- you’ll want to come back to "Smile Maker" any time of year for smiles that will last a lifetime! Occupancy 25: Saturday to Saturday rentals in Summer. Minimum two night stays in other seasons. Bedding Recap: 1 King, 5 Queen, 13 Twins (mostly bunks) Parking: Parking for seven vehicles, 4 of them inside. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “C277 – Smile Maker” as a vacation rental.

This property was the perfect spot for an end of summer last minute trip with kids. On the beach, easy access, plenty of room, clean house and wonderful views. Perfect way to end the summer!
