Whether you're traveling with family or friends, our space can comfortably accommodate up to three guests utilizing an air mattress. We know how important it is to stay connected, even when you're on vacation. That's why we offer business-grade WiFi, so you can work or stream your favorite shows without any interruptions. The highlight of our Airbnb is the private roofdeck. Enjoy the open space during the day or sip a beverage under the stars and unwind. Our Airbnb is conveniently located near all the local attractions, including restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Book now and get ready for an unforgettable experience! - WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS IN OUR UNITS - If you’d like to use the grill you will have to refill the propane tank. There is an ace hardware store 2 blocks away and they can accommodate. - There is no smoking of anything inside the house, if our cleaners notice any smoke we have an extra cleaning fee of $250 - OUR PET FEE IS $50 - We are located in the heart of PB, in the the center of a busy metropolis, next to all the clubs, bars, restaurants, the beach, gyms, yoga studios and anything your heart can desire. There is potential for noise because we are in an urban environment. - Pease don't ruin our sheets or towels, if there are stains on our sheets towels or any other bedding, we will be charging you per item - Please only stay with the amount of guests you specified in the reservation. - Our cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning costs, it does not cover any destruction of the unit. If the space is left extremely messy we will be charging a 20% up-charge, as directed by our cleaners. - Please do not eat or spill any alcohol inside the hot tub. - Please note check out is 11 am, we give you a 20 min grace period. After that grace period is up we charge $30 Per 1/2 hour - QUITE HOURS ARE IN AFFECT AFTER 10 PM. THIS IS A CITY OF SAN DIEGO ORDINANCE AND THEY TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY, IF THERE IS A COMPLAINT THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED

This trip is the first one I’ve taken with my 6 year old son since becoming a single dad. Surf house was the perfect spot. Clean, close to the beach which we walked to everyday. The cold Pacific was awesome. My son loved it. We stumbled upon the Mad Beet// a total treat with free old school arcade games and the best fresh juice and açaí bowels around. Thank you for helping make some awesome memories.

Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the attention to detail in the cleanliness of this place. It seemed as though I was the first person to stay here.another detail that was very welcoming was the coffee on the counter that I was free to use. The place had everything I needed and all appliances were brand new. The bed gave me such a good sleep I ended up waking up early almost every morning. I love the big mirrors that double as the closet. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, there was a rooftop with an incredible view that I had mostly all to myself. I loved having coffee here in the morning and listening to music, it was a great place to get work done. I was so close to the beach and the bay, and I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood. Flowers were in bloom everywhere. There’s so much diversity around this area. I never wanted to check out but I can promise I’ll be back! :)
