As you walk into Just Beachy, the ground floor offers a beautiful open floor plan and windows allow you unobstructed views from the kitchen and living room to the private outdoor patio. Outside you will find a private pool, hot tub, and grill, perfect for outdoor meals and fun. Enjoy the space and comfort of the upper 2 floors, or enjoy the open air and fire table on the beautiful top deck. Further, tucked away on the 3rd floor you will find a separate/private “hidden” master suite that overlooks the pool. Outside you will find the home is within a short walking distance of the 2.5-acre lagoon, so you can also quickly head out to enjoy the beach. Perfect for a large group or family, this home will not disappoint for any occasion. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community! Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more! We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. We had a family reunion with 30 people age range from 65-4. There was something for everyone and room enough for all! The house was beautiful and clean, the quality of the house and furniture was amazing! The resort pool was awesome. The kids loved the pool in the backyard! The only thing to complain about was that the hot tub was not hot, it was the same temp as the pool. Everything else was more than we could have asked for!! We will definitely be back!

Great home for large family gathering with pool and on the beach. Plenty of room and fun things to do. Home is brand new and very nice.
