Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location of the house was perfect and although dated the house was overall clean. However one of the bedrooms had a wall that was covered in black mold. No one was able to stay in that room and when the local Vacasa crew arrived agreed the room was unusable. It has now been a month and after several emails we have still not received a refund.

Place is great for college students as a crash pad. However for a family yuck. One bedroom had black Mold and Mildew. Wall had a lot of scuff marks just bad shape. Cabinets doors handle missing some cabinets don’t close. I highly recommend you stay away from this place unless your 20 with 20 friends looking for a place to sleep, and close to the beach
